Star Automation has developed a palletizing system for mixed loads that allows the robot to build pallets with boxes of different formats, and in particular of different heights, regardless of the arrival sequence of the boxes and respecting the customer's needs.
The palletizing system is completely automated and allows staff to carry out operations with higher added value without having to manually load the pallets.

The software follows precise rules by calculating the dimensions of the boxes, respecting the dimensions of the pallet requested by the customer and at any time it is able to assign the best storage position to the box which allows the construction of a stable and homogeneous pallet.
