Information on the processing of personal data Art. 13 and 14 Reg. (EU) 2016/679

In compliance with the articles 13 (for data collected from the User) and 14 (for data not collected from the User) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) are provided to the Users of this Website, as Data Subjects, the following information, which refers exclusively to the processing performed through the Website.

The Data Controller also reserves the right to operate through its own Data Processors, for example for personal data managed for the purposes of technical assistance, maintenance, technical management and the like of this Website, such as for the analysis of navigation data, through agencies third parties and other partners whose references may be communicated following a request to the addresses indicated above.

The Owner and the Managers process the Users' data also thanks to their internal employees, specifically designated and authorized to process them, as well as equipped with instructions for the correct processing of personal data.

 

TYPE OF DATA PROCESSED AND SOURCES OF COLLECTION

  1. Navigation data and Cookies.

  2. Data provided voluntarily by the User, for example by sending communications via e-mail. Personal data will be of a common type (identifications, personal data, e-mail and similar and will be limited to what is necessary in relation to the activity in progress).

  3. Data from automatic sources, from voluntary sources or from public sources. For example, from User browsing (cookies and the like) or from other public sources (searches on public databases and the like).

 

The Company expressly asks the User not to provide particular categories of personal data (Article 9 of the GDPR) and data of a criminal nature (Article 10 of the GDPR) and, if provided incorrectly, the Data Controller will avoid any processing of the same.

 

PURPOSE OF THE TREATMENT

  2. Information request.

 

The personal data of the Users of the Website, as described above, will be processed in the ways and in the forms prescribed by the GDPR, for the performance of the Website's own functions, with particular reference to the procedures described therein for browsing, requesting information and similar.

In particular, the personal data provided to the Data Controller will be processed for the pursuit of the following purposes:

- to allow navigation and use of the Website, as well as to follow up on specific requests made to the Owner by the User through the Website and/or other communication tools.

 

LEGAL BASIS OF THE TREATMENT

The processing of personal data is based on the necessary fulfillment of contractual or pre-contractual obligations, including social contact obligations (pursuant to Article 6.1.b of the GDPR), as well as on the legitimate interest inherent in the User's right to information (pursuant to Article 6.1.f GDPR).

 

LEGITIMATE INTEREST OF THE HOLDER

The processing of personal data is also based on the legitimate interest of the Data Controller, such as the exercise of one's rights in the context of the information society, the execution of the contractual performance and the implementation of direct marketing operations.

 

OBLIGATORY PROVISION

The provision of data relating to navigation by Users depends on the degree of privacy that the User has enabled or disabled through his browser. In some cases, disabling it could affect navigation on the Website.

The provision of any other data is optional, in accordance with the type of information that the User wishes to provide to the Website.

CONSEQUENCES OF FAILURE TO PROVIDE

Failure to provide personal data prevents the Data Controller from pursuing the activities of using the Website services, from providing the requested information as well as any further primary activity connected to the Website services.

 

POSSIBLE RECIPIENTS OF THE PERSONAL DATA

The data may be processed not only by the Data Controller and by their persons in charge/authorised for processing, but also by Data Processors (with whom a specific contract will be stipulated pursuant to art. 28 GPDR) and by respective persons in charge/authorised for processing (subject to designation pursuant to articles 29 of the GDPR), as well as communicated to other recipients including connected companies, associates or subsidiaries of the Data Controller, as well as to consultants, or even to third parties who operate, also in the name and on behalf of the Data Controller, for the evasion of the services connected to the purposes indicated in this information.

 

CONSERVATION PERIOD

The data provided by the User through this Website will be kept for the maximum duration envisaged by fiscal, tax and civil legislation (normally for 10 years, balance different regulatory provision).

The navigation data will be kept for the technical time necessary to carry out the functions for which they were collected.

Except for the above, all other data voluntarily provided by the User will be kept until the User expressly withdraws it.

 

YOUR RIGHTS

Each User has the right of access, rectification, cancellation (oblivion), limitation, receipt of notification in the event of rectification, cancellation or limitation, portability, opposition and not to be the subject of an automated individual decision, pursuant to of the articles from 15 to 22 of the GDPR.

These rights can be exercised in the forms and terms set forth in art. 12 GDPR, by written communication sent to the Data Controller via e-mail at the address: info@starautomation.it.

The Data Controller will provide an adequate response as soon as possible and in any case within 1 month of receiving the request.

 

RIGHT TO WITHDRAW CONSENT

It is possible to revoke consent at any time by sending an email to the Controller's address: info@starautomation.it.

 

COMPLAINTS

Each User has the right to lodge a complaint, pursuant to articles 77 and following of the GDPR, before the Guarantor for the protection of personal data, in the forms and according to the methods and terms established by current legislation. The lodging of the complaint is in any case without prejudice to the administrative and jurisdictional actions, which can be proposed alternatively to the same Guarantor or to the competent Court.
